I've been up since 3:00, and normally I when I can't sleep I go to my DDC board, which now I can't. I'm Sharon, I was expecting my fourth baby in July. On Thursday we went to our 20 week u/s to find that our baby was still and measuring at 17 weeks. We are scheduled to be induced on Tuesday. Our sweet baby was curled in a ball so we won't know that gender until next week. He/she was so cute with it's hand by it's face, I could see the perfect little fingers and nose. I keep hoping that I'll wake up and this will all have been a mistake. My 6 yr old dd constantly says that the doctors were wrong and that are baby will born alive. I'm so scared that the worse is yet to come. I'm not sure how I'm going to survive the days to come.

Thank you for listening.

Oh, Sharon I'm so sorry!!

I'm Beth. My sweet son, Bryan Luke was stillborn on August 4, 2007. He was 33 weeks along when he died for unknown reasons. I'm so sorry you have to face this horrible event too.

Has anyone talked with you about things you can do when your baby is born? There is an organization called Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep that will send a photographer to take photos of your baby on that day and they give you those photos for free. Also, you might consider bringing your own camera.

I'm glad you've found us and I hope you'll continue to share with us. This board has been a great source of support for me.

Thank you to AlexAiden Mommy for my beautiful siggie!

We're here for you when you need someone to talk to who understands or if you just need to cry, scream, or whatever. Please let us know if you have a son or a daughter, what name you decided on, etc. and feel free to share pictures of your sweet angel if you feel comfortable.
