why do i feel guilty for having my first decent day today since kristopher passed (3 weeks ago today)...i feel guilty for spending the day with our other two boys (my 'step' kids but they are our kids) and playing and laughing and caring for them...since kris passed i have been hardly able to function so why the guilty feeling now? is that normal?

Totally normal. 3 years on and I still feel guilty at times. Guilt for having another baby, even guilt for simply going on.

Thanks to Claire1979 for the amazing siggy.

I think some guilt is unavoidable, we all just have to struggle through and past it.
