I have been in the process of stripping my diapers for a couple days now but ran into a huge mess Our washer and dryer is in the basement, and maybe some of you have heard of a Michigan Basement, which is basically what we have only our floors are *thankfully* cement and not dirt. Anyway, this leads to major flooding any time we get significant rain or snow melting. The weather here was beautiful for the last few days, but before that, we had at least a foot of snow. Now all that snow has melted into our basement, leaving a couple inches of water on the floor in some spots - right on my fluff Granted it was still dirty waiting to be washed, but that means that all the leftover poo and tinkles all ran together on all of the fluff and everything is sopping wet. Plus we have to soak up all the water w/ the wet dry vac before we can even do wash. So now Timmy is in sposies all the time until the fluff wash can get done and it's so stinky in his room with the sposies and the sposies have filled up his diaper champ (thankfully it's trash day tomorrow) and grocery sacks and just looks so icky and gross. It makes me so sad right now LOL!
