Ok so I am going to start stocking up on accessories such as wipes, solutions, inserts etc. Can anyone recommend a certain type for wipes like fleece, hemp, microfiber, cotton or something like that? Or does anyone have a website they would recommend that's decently priced? I'm looking into organic too. Any help would be appreciated!! TIA!!

LOL! I make and sell wipe solutions, one you dissolve in hot water and pour over your wipes or put in a spray bottle, and the other one is a foaming solution. Both come in a variety of scents or unscented.
I also have wet bag deodorizers which eliminate the ammonia odor when your out and about.
I will soon be doing a pail deodorizer as well! There is a link in my siggie.

As for wipes check out Gena's site clothcurious.com

I love the Punkin Booty bits! I've found that the ones you dissolve work best for everyday in the nursery and the foaming solution works best for on-the-go in the diaper bag.

Some of the best wipes around can be found here: http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/...d.php?t=199767

This mama makes awesome wipes and is super nice, too!

i find just plain water and cloth wipes works best and you don't ever have to change anything...just wet and go! and when out and about, just have a small spray bottle thingy and just wet as needed. you do't have to keep up on changing the solutions and it's cheaper than having to keep buying solution mix.

as far as what material, i find i like flannel the best, it is durable and there's cute prints, but it's easy to care for, just wash it.
terrycloth is also good, because of the ridges it picks up good

for general inserts, i love cottonbabies one-size.

this mama has good prices but im not sure of how good her wipes are

...the lady i ordered my wipes from i cannot remember her!! and i want more soooo bad, i love hers!

i also prefer 8x8 size wipes. i tend to use only 1-2 of those per poopy change.

Thanks so much for the great advice!! I tried that one wipe lady and I ordered like 70 wipes . Gender neutral of course, like the frogs and stuff. I will check out that one lady Val for the inserts. Thanks again!

I second Katedanzer/eli's wipes. I have them in Minkee/Terry and they are devine. We use them for everything around this house. I even placed a large retail order for my website, and I cannot wait to get them.

Sometimes I use just water, but I find that leaves a slight poopy smell behind. Im no help with inserts, as Im a prefold girl
