These are amazing and not even too bad for you. They are about 150 cals a piece.

Honey Oat Muffins

1 1/2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats cereal (or any cereal that has flakes, like Raisin Bran)
1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and add milk and oil. Mix into dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins and bake 15 min. at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.

I love these!! And I like to experiment by using different kinds of cereals.
