Wake Up With This Satisfying Smoothie!

Peanut Butter Fruit Smoothie

3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 1/3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
3 ounces silken-style light tofu
2 tablespoons protein powder
15 medium strawberries
8 ice cubes

Pour milk into blender first, followed by yogurt. Add other ingredients.

Blend on high until mixture is completely blended and frothy.

Pour into tall glass and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving.

Look at the calories & the sodium... Not to sure about this recipe.........

Per Serving: Calories: 402 , Saturated Fat: 2 g , Total Fat: 13 g , Carbs: 43 g , Dietary Fiber: 6 g , Protein: 34 g , Cholesterol: 6 mg , Sodium: 459 mg

Well, I have two things I look at, sodium because my husband is on a low sodium diet & fat vs. dietary fibers. That would be a 9 point drink, if you do points. Maybe it is suppose to make you one of two things, full so you don't need to eat for a awhile, or it cleans you out. Sounds interesting though!
