HELLO GIRLS! I'm BACK again... Hopefully this time I'll stick with this diet thing. My question for you girls is;

I put olive oil in the pan & cook my chicken (for my salad), BUT (there's always a BUT in there) what kind of seasoning do I put on the chicken??? Please don't say to add onions or garlic, I think this girl will past.

Thanks Girls,

Personally I love Goya seasoning... The adobo all pupose or any of the sazon packets are so flavorful and yummy! But I also cook almost everything with garlic and onions (especially onions mmmmmmmmmmm my FAV)

For a little asian flare you could try cumin, ginger and a squirt of lemon! (add garlic and soy sauce to those for a different asian flavor)

I use basil and oregano. I've also gotten some salt free Italian seasoning that has some other things mixed in with those that is really good. I've also used lemon pepper and fajita seasoning on it. YUM!
