Breakfast... I hate it, but need it. Help!?

Who's with me? I can't stand waking up and cooking. I'm very slow and very sluggish in the morning. I want something as fast as possible, easy and that'll get me going. I know I'm asking for a miracle breakfast here, but any ideas?

I'm also very slow & sluggish in the morning, but I'm also up between 5-5:30 in the mornings with my daughter who is an early bird. I'm somewhat getting use to it now. As for me, the first thing I do is take my thyroid medication. Get something for Heather to eat, I wait an hour because I took my medication. After that, I grab a bowl of cereal (almost time to bring my daughter to school) & take a "One A Day" multivitamin & that's it. I'm thinking about adding a fruit...

I just usually have a 100 calorie yogurt or toast on low calorie bread. On the weekends I will make a hot breakfast for everyone.

How about making some little muffin sized egg quiches. You can really mix it up with adding different stuff to them. Freeze em and pull em out as you need and heat them up. Have a slice of toast and a piece of fruit. Pretty simple.

Oatmeal in the microwave, you can mix in raisins & cinnamon.
I also like to eat cereals.
Fruit & yogurt (sometimes in a smoothie)

bowl of kashi cereal with chopped apple and/or banana, whatever fruit you like, wheat germ sprinkled on top. Very easy
Just throw ingredients in to make smoothies (tons of recipes for healthy ones online)
Whole-grain toast with natural peanut butter on top
I personally LOVE toaster waffles, VERY quick, lol. You can find healthy, even organic, whole-grain vitaminboost ones and top with peanut butter, flax seeds, whatever.
Or just heat up dinner, my parents do that a lot actually.
You could make up a bunch of healthy bran and fruit or oatmeal and fruit, whatever you like, muffins, freeze, then pull one or two out the night before and have it defrosted and ready to heat up in the a.m.
