1 c skim milk
1/8 c dry fat free milk
1/2 oz pecans
3/4 TBSP cocoa
2 tsp sugar
ice cubes (I use 6-8)

combine in a blender, and use a pretty high setting (it's frappe' on my blender) to process for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour and drink.

Calories: 262
Fat (came from the cocoa and the pecans): ~10.5g
Protein: 14g

I drink it with a piece of fruit, so it's a satisfying breakfast for under 400 calories!

(I don't know about anyone else... but I feel like I haven't eaten if I don't have something to chew, so it's really the fruit that is the most satisfying to me! )
