Around this time each day, 11am-1pm, I am overcome with a completely disorienting dizzy spell. Like vertigo, and like I'm not inside my own head! It lasts a couple minutes. Is this normal? I can't believe I walked down two flights of stairs like this yesterday. I was so out of it, I only meant to walk down one flight to get to where I was going! When I got to the bottom, I was like "where am I?"

Oh wow. Let me tell ya that I have experienced this too although not while pregnant and for a longer period of time and it will drive you crazy. I am not sure what might prevent it but closed spaces and obvious changes in heights (stairs, elevators) would also start it for me. Try laying on your back on a flat surface and turning only your head from side to side slowly a few times. Hope this helps.

AGAIN! My mother-in-law thought that I was making this up! I told her that I'd have to stop when I walked up and down stairs because I'd get SO sick. "Stop being daft," she'd say. Hahahaha

I'm having some dizziness, and of course, I can't tell if it's from the stuffy nose/head, or hormones. AND I don't know if the stuffy nose/head comes from allergies or pregnancy.

I swear, we'll all seem like more normal people after we have confirmation ultrasounds, or at least get out of the first trimester!
