Ok- so it is really starting to kick in over here in my neck of the woods. M/S is a B*tch! Sorry for being so blunt about it but I wish they would just come out with some temporary hormone balancer that would prevent this mess altogether.

OK- so have any of you ladies heard for tried a bit of dramamine or those patches? I am just checking.

Dramamine is considered safe in pregnancy. I preferred the cocktail of 50mg Vitamin b6 + half a unisom. (Also considered safe -- same as the medication Diclectin in Canada).

I may try this. It wouldn't be so bad if my sense of smell didn't pick up everything remotely repulsive. UGH. haha

I loooove SeaBands. They helped a lot for my altitude/motion sickness and I plan to try them this pregnancy if I start getting morning sickness.

I did the same that Lintu did. I don't know if it helped, but it made me feel different, and that was a welcome change! Hahaha

I have seabands and don't feel they are working. I haven't tried anything else.

Seabands! I will use these forever! I can never read in the car, I can't even text (as a passenger) because I get so sick! I am pregnant now and read half of "What to Expect" on an 11 hour road trip with no sickness! Great for more than just pregnancy!
