Does anyone know if a heating pad ia safe and at what temp? I get really bad migraines and use a hearing pad on my neck down to about 2 inches below my shoulder blades. Does anyone know if this is safe? Thanks!

I think that would be fine. I know heating pads are NOT OK on your stomach or cramping areas. But I think shoulders and neck would be OK. Maybe just put in a call to your dr, better safe than sorry!

My doctor didn't recommend it, but this is something I found here. I agree with Elaina. I was using one every night until I stopped my PiO shots last week.

I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago(thought I couldn't get preggo so decided to do it), and have a cut from hip bone to hip bone. The scar had to rip with my daughter and caused a lot of pain and my ob was ok with my using it on my belly, only for a bit at a time, and not hot.

I also had a pinched nerve in my neck/spine and it was fine up there, so my thoughts are you are good to go lol

I would think it's ok-depending on how long you leave it on for. I would call your doctor just to be safe ...
