Are you working out? If so, what are you doing? Have you had to modify your previous workouts (before pregnancy)?

Thank you, peimum, for my beautiful siggy!

I'm rather fussy when it comes to exercise... I don't want it to feel like exercise! I prefer to walk, hike, kayak, etc. During this pregnancy I've just been continuing with my daily walking. I walk about 30minutes to an hour each day at a decent clip. I hope to continue this throughout the pregnancy.

I run three times a week, weightlift three times a week and then get outside as much as I can for fun! I took my boys hiking today and tommorow I'm going climbing. I've had to switch to the elliptical for running, and I can't do core exercises, pullups or really much compound body movements during lifting. I can't do hangboard work anymore (climbing specific) and I can't lead climb, only top-rope. But I'm feeling good about what I have been able to continue...

I do a run/walk 3 times a week. Usually 30-40 minutes in length and anywhere from 2-3 miles long (depending on how much running I do).

OMG, yes I have changed my workout routine. Before getting pg I was training for a 1/2 marathon, I was running 4 days a week (no walking at all), and my distances were 5-12 miles. I was doing a lot of speedwork and hill runs as well.

Now I'm just enjoying being out there doing something. It really makes me feel good, even though I'm very tired and most times would rather be napping!

I also take bike rides with the boys and DH some nights.

I teach 24 ballet classes a week and I'm not planning on quitting soon.

The only things I had to stop doing are side stretches (baby doesn't like me bending to the side) and crunches.

All the other stuff you do in ballet, I still do and I'm not having any trouble. It's helpful that I don't show much of a belly yet, so my balance is still quite okay. And I have only gained like 2 pounds over 27 weeks of pregnancy, so my body hasn't actually changed that much.

Other than my job, I don't work out. I think 24 hours a week is enough.
