I know I'm not the only one dealing with incontinence whenever I sneeze/laugh/cough...and Kegals help, but not much.

I think one of the problems I'm having is that I'm not fully expelling all the urine from my bladder when I go pee. I read in the Mayo Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy (available here - I promise I'm not getting paid for this endorsement, it's just a great book!) that something that can help that issue is to lean forward on the toilet while you're peeing, which in turn can help you expel less urine if you sneeze/laugh/cough in between potty breaks.

Not sexy, but practical. Thought I'd share!

This is a really awesome tip, and it works, too!! I learned this from a friend in my DDC my last go around, and it was a huuuuge help.

I actually have urgency, frequency, and dribble as it is. My previous two pregnancies actual did damage to my bladder. I use that trick when im not pregnant!

Great trick and thank you for sharing!
