I've been feeling like a vibration in my uterus tonight, kind of like something fizzing in there. Anyone else have feelings like this? I'm assuming it's just growing???

It's probably from your uterus pulling and stretching. That would be my best guess.

and you have a lot of extra blood flow. The only thing my doctor likens it to is when you eat a big meal and your tummy feels kinda funny and bubbly when all the blood rushes down there. Plus even though you can't feel definite kicks, that little baby is doing backflips in there I have to assume it causes some disturbances in its little area (Okay maybe wishful thinking, but it is a cuter explanation that muscle spasms haha. A girl can dream, right?)
