Chances are, it's just another fun pregnancy symptom. I swell with babies. I'm even having a hard time typing because my fingers are so swollen, they're stiff. BUT if this is sudden, I would contact your doc. Sometimes swelling can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, and they'll want to check you out. Again, it's probably nothing, but since it's so sudden, I'd put a call in to your doc!

I had tons of swelling with my second but none this time, yet. I agree, if it came on quickly then call the doc but normally it is just another fun preggo symptom.

I've had it on and off the entire pregnancy. It's soooo annoying. It gets much better if I can rest here and there throughout the day, or put my feet up for a bit.

Ditto the other ladies, while swelling can be a symptom, if this came on all of a sudden or got way worse suddenly, call. My doc said that is the first sign (for me anyway) that she would be worried about pre-e.

Thanks *Kiliki* for my amazingly perfect siggy!
