I'm home. The Neurologist said the MRI showed a pinched nerve from a bulging disc. He said I probably had it before this pregnancy and that there wasn't really anything they could do other than pain meds since I'm pregnant. They sent me home with meds and on bed rest until delivery. The goal is 37 weeks (2 days after Christmas). I have appointments next week and I'm sure the next week as well. We'll see what happens. Now that I'm home I want to STAY home for Christmas. What's really awesome is Matt (DH) only had about 2 days of vacation time he could take because he just started this job as a permanent employee and that's all he's earned. Well, four people he works with are donating their time to him so he's off now until January 7th!! Thank God. I know friends would help but no one can really take on the responsibility of my house, my child, my pets, grocery shopping, meals, errands,....and the list goes on. I'm not excited about bed rest during the holidays but I'm so glad to be home with my family and know my Mollie will be here in just 2 weeks at the most. ♥

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb...I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made...My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together...Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Psalm 139: 13-16

Hooray! I'm sure that it feels good to be home and to know that Mollie is safe. Also? AWESOME about your husband and his coworkers. I love when people come together like that to help out. Definitely in the spirit of the season, eh?

Now, rest. Easier said than done, I know.

I'm so sorry you are in pain, but hopefully the meds will help! That is SO nice about DH's coworkers donating time to him...there really are good people in the world!

Thanks *Kiliki* for my amazingly perfect siggy!

Sorry about your back, at least you know what is going on. Hopefully the bedrest will help with the pain. Great news about your husband's time off. That is a very generous thing his coworkers has opted to do. I hope Mollie stays snug for a couple more weeks...here before you know it!

I am sorry you are in pain, but you are so blessed with your husband's co-workers. Hang in there sweetie... You are almost there.

My twin girls are prayer buddies for Sarah Faith and Leah Hope.
Please keep them in your prayers.

So happy that you get to rest and that your husband's co workers were so generous with their time off. I hope the pain meds kick in and give you some relief
