I've read that earlier movements would be felt like butterflies. The past few nights, I've been feeling something when resting, but I wouldn't describe it as a noticeable butterfly movement. It feels more like a bumble bee lol if that makes sense. It's low in the uterus. Do you think this may be baby or probably gas? I think it's still early to feel movement, but I really don't know what to expect.

It sounds like it could be baby, but I could also be gas. Even in a btdt mom it can be hard to tell in the beginning.

Sometimes I can't tell, but I've noticed that I have two different types of feelings, one normally turns out to be gas, the other...well, for a lack of a better phrase, yields no results. I figure that's the baby. Mine feels sort of like muscle twitches or like someone tapped on my belly from the inside. It's always down where we find the heartbeat and usually on the right side for some reason. Today I felt something in the center, and I imagine it was the baby flipping over because it felt so funny. I think everyone's different and it feels different for everyone. I can't even be sure any of this is baby and not intestinal, I just choose to believe some of it is baby. Haha.

When I felt my first baby I wasn't sure if it was gas or not. Eventually I figured out that if I wait a few minutes and I don't fart then it was most likely the baby. I know that sounds crude but it was how I could distinguish between the two, lol.

I can feel it, I know you all think I'm crazy because I can,. but this is my 3rd. It feels like an angry bee way down low next to my pubic bone. Usually happens in bed at night or after I cough or something.

Its very hard to tell especially the first time I think. I might have felt my son earlier but I could never be sure so in my mind I didnt really feel him until 22 24 weeks when I really felt something that couldnt be denied to be baby. This time around I know what to look for more so I have felt this one a 13 weeks but even now I still wonder sometimes. The easiest to tell for me are the kicks which are like taps more or the large movements which I feel are more like swoops. Little movement still has me guessing even though Im a BTDT mom

To me it feels like popcorn popping inside my belly. In the next couple of weeks it will get stronger and more distinctive.

I have been feeling little flutters and swoops for a few weeks but only like every other day or so. It is starting to get more and more noticeable to the point where I put my hand down there because it feels like I should be able to feel it from the outside but I can't.
