I find that eating more helps, I'm not throwing up either but the constant sea sick feeling.

I also have the constant sea-sick feeling. What helps me most is eating every 2-3 hours, drinking lots of water, and drinking juice. But I still feel sick. Basically, this is what I do to keep it down to the sea-sick feeling. If I don't eat/drink enough, then I get to that "on the verge of actually puking" place.

I've thrown up a couple of times, but mostly just have constant nausea. However, as they've both said so far, keeping a little food in my stomach does help. It's worse when empty. Of course, that's hard when you feel this way, but even just having a little of something plain like crackers throughout the day seems to help. I also have a little container of cheerios by the bed and eat a handful when I wake up because I always feel queasy then.

For me, though, most things that I've tried to eat have made the nausea worse, so also try to be careful about not picking foods that may trigger it for you. I've had to cross quite a few things off my list that I thought would be OK. My diet will be very boring until this stage passes!

Sometimes I'll also just lie down for a bit, both because I'm tired and feel icky. At least if I'm sleeping I don't feel so bad!

I just remembered this morning that sucking on hard candy helps.. I've got to find some of those little sour candies that come in the aluminum container. I don't remember what they are called, I hope I can find them!

Yup, like some of the others I find I feel so much worse when i get to empty and OMG when i get to growly stage. UGH! I also know that for me sipping on very cold bubbly soda 9caffeine free of course) helps quite a bit too. The only Time I want ice is when I am getstating.

Water makes me feel worse when I'm nauseous but ginger ale and 7 up have been life savers! Like the other ladies said, try to keep something on your tummy too, saltines work best for me and the salt on them actually helps with the nausea too
