I think Drake and I ate some bad yogurt yesterday. We each had a separate container and neither was expired (I checked) but he was having some diarrhea issues yesterday and I had a lot of pain in my stomach and eventually had to use the toilet though it was just regular. The only thing I can think of is the yogurt. I have felt Cashew moving yesterday and today so I know he/she is still there. This couldnt have harmed them any other way developmentally could it? It might not even be the yogurt just a weird coincidence but now Ive scared myself with scenarios and need some rational thoughts.

No, the baby should be just fine . Unless you are having enough diarrhea or vomiting that you are dehydrating yourself, your body will take care of the baby first. Unfortunately that means it tends to neglect itself . So rest up mama. Sorry you guys are sick. That is not fun!

I agree with Valerie. I have been so worried about Payson because of my lack of eating with this cold but I've remained very hydrated and have been feeling her move. Huge hugs Hun.

I guess it could be yogurt but maybe your both coming down with a bit of a stomach bug and it's just coincidental? I think if you had extreme vomiting or diarrhea and thought maybe it was food poisoning etc. you'd have some reason to be concerned but it sounds like it just didn't sit right with either of you. Hope your both feeling better soon
