Throughout the day I get these periods of time when I am just exhausted. My arms and legs feel so heavy and my eyes just close. It's like my body just gets all warm and fuzzy feeling and I feel like I'm a thousand pounds. Could there be something missing from my diet causing this? Or is it just being pregnant? I try to get a balanced diet with fruit, dairy, grains, and proteins, but I feel like maybe I'm just not getting enough of a particular one.

i can get like that too sometimes, i noticed drinking more water helps and oddly enough just doing some light exercise, even stretching. hope that helps

Yea I get like this a lot. I would only be concerned if you were so tired all day you couldn't function or you sleep all day. That would lean me towards low iron.

Happens to me every day around 1:00. I'm a slug for a couple of hours and then I perk back up in the early evening. Getting a little exercise does help a bit; sometimes I'll go wrestle with DD for a little while (though we can't party like we used to, lol) and it helps keep the exhaustion at bay. I think it's just a normal pregnancy thing.

I get that too! It is so bad at like 2pm.

My doctor suggested I take b12 and I started this week. I swear I feel better when I take it because I forgot the other day and I was all tired again.
