I saw this and wanted to share, how neat is this? Such an awesome use for a crib you don't need again! I wish I was crafty and could do this stuff, but I'm so not crafty I would need much help to transform a crib into this. One of commenters asked about putting lego boards on the other side, again OMG great idea. I know it will be a while before any of us has an unused crib but I'm bookmarking this!

cool. I know my kids love having their 'own' crafting/drawing area. We are doing a part of the kids wall for the chalkboard and Im really considering making a lego board rather than buying one.

Love this! We bought a crib that will convert all the way to a full sized bed so we won't really need to repurpose ours any further than that, but maybe I can tell mom about it so she will get off my case about using the old one that's in her attic from my brother.
