So I was just accepted for WIC and have a voucher for beans beans and more beans lol I cook red beans and rice on occasion, and sure split pea soup is nice from time to time, but what in the world do I do with the rest of these lentils?

I need recipe advice big time! I'm pretty open to most food ideas; there are only a few things I won't eat: Tofu or soy products (except soy sauce) and shellfish. Yep big list huh lol

Okie dokie ladies... help me out please!

I don't know what kind of beans you can get, but here's what I do with them:

White Chicken Chilli
Grind them up with other vegetables to make veggie patties
Dal (Indian lentils with gravy, usually served over rice)
Refried Beans, which I sometimes put in a casserole dish sprayed with pam, then top with cheese and scallions, bake and serve with chips, sour cream and salsa.
3 Bean Salad (which I LOVE during the summer)
To give the kids extra fiber, I'll grind beans up and add them to spaghetti sauce, sauce for lasagna, throw them in meatloaf, plus I incorporate them into taco meat, taco salad, and burritos - basically wherever they can go without the kids noticing.
There's a good copycat recipe for the blackbean soup at Panera bread floating around on the internet - whip some of that up and serve it with a salad and a side of crusty bread.
Hummus (I serve mine with warm pita triangles, celery, carrots, raddish and kalmatta olives)
Minestrone Soup

I'm sure there's lots more, but this is all I can think of for now.

As you can tell, I eat a ton of lentils, so if you have any problems working with them, just ask away. All of the above recipes are really common and easily found doing a general search.
