OMG! It has been getting worse over the last few days but as of this morning I can hardly move! I couldn't bend over to move the laundry from the wash to the dryer. I had to sit on the floor. Walking hurts, sitting hurts, laying down hurts. I am trying to do lower back stretches but I can't even really do them. Anyone else miserable like me? Oh lets also add the big D on top of that and my child was STILL vomiting this morning!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :sm ackshead:

Thanks Kiliki for my AWESOME siggie!!!

A little bit but nothing like what you're describing. That sounds miserable! I really hope your day gets better - I would be losing my mind!

That sounds like a horrible combination!

I have been having enough back pain that I'm planning on talking to my doctor about it at our next appointment - hopefully she'll refer me to a good PT or chiropractor because this really sucks.

Hope you and your little baby feel better soon.

Oh no that sounds baaad! I hope your day gets better and the back pain eases off! The lower back pain hasn't hit me yet. But I have my wonderful SPD which gets worse by the day! Plus my butt and thighs were hurting last night...like the part that rests on the chair!! Well go figure, I have body parts hurting from sitting too long

I haven't had any back issues so far. However, I did throw my back out really bad this past fall. Couldn't even straighten up and spent a week in bed, so I can sympathize with you there! Hope it gets better soon!

Yess, i think I have a pinched muscle or something, it has been the same exact spot for months. It's to the point where I could scream or cry. I can't wait to tell my OB about it, something needs to happen with this, because I'm in the same boat, I can't stand I cant lay, rubbing it won't help nothing is working!!!!

I have had really bad back pain this pregnancy. I have started to go for massages and that seems to help. I was told I needed to add some exercise as well to my routine a couple times a week. I hope your pain gets better soon

Thank you so much for the awesome siggie Claire

Sounds like that back pain that I was fussing about up here not too long ago. This week it came back with a vengeance and my fiance ran out and got me a moist heat heating pad. I used that for 15 minutes on and off and I felt better when I woke up. I also think the pains are coming from when I had my epidural since that area starts hurting first then my lower back goes crazy.

Blended Family of 5 and 1 on the way.
