so i moved Zyla to her own room about a week or two ago. Before that she was sleeping right by my bed and it seemed that everytime i woke up she would also wake up so I thought she would sleep better/longer away from me. I wake up several times a night (i can't help it) and when i move my bed squeaks. I assume this sound wakes her cause each time i wake up she immediately follows!... even with being in her own room across the hall.. I even put a humidifier in there for added white noise and to kind of block out my sounds.. this morning i thought maybe we're just in tune now and im waking a min or so before her to prepare her food.. lol. but i honestly think i wake her. i'm thinking about sleeping on the couch tonight to see how that goes with being further away from her.. i don't know what else i can do?

Did sleeping on the couch do the trick?

Do you have something that can make a louder white noise sound for her, like a fan or something? Sounds like you have a light sleeper there!

Can you try and fix the squeaks in the bed? Like WD 40 or something? that's rough I'm not sure what I would do. I sleep with the TV on all night ..just so I don't hear DH snoring all through the night and we have a portable heater and its pretty loud for us but it really works for Kingston as far as having some background noise.
