I am a BTDT momma but it's been a long time and I just don't remember a lot from back then so please excuse my dumb questions!

I was taking a baby aspirin as well as a super B complex vitamin along with my prenatals while TTC. When I got my BFP on Tuesday, I googled those 2 and got very differing answers. I don't want to continue to take anything that will harm my baby. Can you ladies give me any advice.

I stopped taking the baby aspirin and the B complex but continued taking a prenatal as well as a DHA supplement. Let me know what you think!

I think that is a good idea. Definitely ask you doctor once you get the chance tho (=
All I take it a prenatal, and that seemed to be fine for my last pregnancy.

I agree with checking with your doctor. If you call they should be able to answer it for you. I'm also just taking a prenatal vitamin with DHA.

Thanks!! I know that the baby aspirin has been known to help thicken your lining to help implantation but it's also a blood thinner and I certainly don't want to take the chance of causing unnecessary bleeding.

Thanks again for the input!

I took prenatals and baby aspirin throughout my pgcy per my drs orders. Yes, baby aspirin thins blood, which can prevent blood clots in the cord, placenta etc and can help prevent miscarriages related to that. Like Oriyan, its part of my IVF protocol as a precaution, however my OB recommends it for all her patients. I'm sure you Dr. will let you know if s/he wants you on it.
