Is it normal to spot after a vaginal exam? I had my first appointment today and had the slightest orange ish on the tp when I wiped. Is this normal? I'm not cramping or having real active bleeding per say. I don't go for my first us until next week and now I'm nervous again.

Totally normal. Right now the skin on your cervix is super sensitive. So even little bits of ressure can tear the skin and cause a little bleeding. Same reason its common to bleed after sex

Yep totally normal. Your uterus and cervix are very vascular and any kind of "trauma" can cause a little bit of spotting. I tend to spot every time I have sex now and know I will spot after my exam on Thur.
