Full of omega-3s for your baby's brain! and chlorophyll and iron from the collard greens.

In a food processor combine:

2 cups RAW walnuts
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
1.5 tsp coriander
1.5 tsp chili powder
pinch of cayenne pepper

= taco "meat"

Take collard greens and wash thoroughly, and slice off most of thick stem so you have a nice flat tortilla, add taco meat filling, top with salsa, roll up, slice and eat. travels well!

If you don't like collards, you can also fill the insides of crunchy romaine lettuce leaves.
