Maybe this is just coincidence, since i don't use a doppler at home but both times my Doctor has found baby's heart beat it's been on my right side.

Just wondering if this holds true for anyone else? Or is there some type of explanation for this that i'm not aware of?

I always find mine on the right and that was my son favorite spot too the whole pregnancy. I was wondering what's on the right side because I never find them on the left side or pass my belly button going from the right .

I pick up baby's hb in the same place every time. Slow my belly button slightly to the right. I can hear the swoosh of the placenta there too.

My placenta is on the left side, posterior. I was told this on the 12wk nt scan. My baby (boy) is on the the right to center ALWAYS! His h/b is always found low right or middle.

I am already able to feel baby on a regular basis and I have a home doppler. Everytime I find the hb or feel baby flutters, it is always to the right and a couple inches down below my belly button. However, baby was found on the left during my 8 wk dating u/s and the following week when the mw found the hb for the first time at 9 1/2 wks. I guess once my uterus moved up, baby decided the other side was better. I know I am feeling and hearing baby really early this time around (3rd pregnancy) and it is weirding me out a bit, but that is my experience so far

I'm pretty sure she found the h/b a little to the left of the middle, for me.

Baby A is on my left side, just below the belly button and Baby B is to the right of that. There have been a few times that I've found them both shifted towards the right.
