Okay this is a dumb question and you will all wonder why I'm asking it lol but I have seen yes and no answers for this question...

Can you do sit ups while pregnant? To me this seems like a no brainer but I've seen people say it is okay??

I've seen some things saying it's OK in the first trimester. I think the uterus gets too big though after a while.

I've been told its ok if it was all ready a part of your routine. Otherwise complete exercises that can contribute to tummy muscle contraction without the sit ups. No expert just what I was told when I was preggo with baby #1 years ago.

I would think that the crunches that you can do to firm up the sides would be okay, but as for full sit-ups to the front, eh, why bother Belly's going to get big!
