I have had something wrong with my stomach since Saturday night and I can't keep anything in (I lost 5 pounds since then). It really seems to have affected my milk supply. Any suggestions?

I went through this, too...with both girls. The best thing you can do is nurse as much as possible, return to normal diet as soon as you can, and rehydrate. Water, or some kind of oral rehydration solution. Your supply should bounce back, though it may take a few days of frequent nursing. Hope you feel better!

I had a problem when I first started pumping. I always thought it would make me constipated - instead I couldn't stay out of the bathroom! It eventually worked itself out ... took a few weeks though (for me at least).

I just kept drinking tons of fluids and upped my protein intake.

Hope you feel better soon!
