What are you doing to stay active?

I ave been walking the track 2 x a week while my oldest as running club. I also try to bike a little on those days. Then another 2 days I do just the walking and 1 time a week I do a few laps in the pool while they have lessons.

I have been walking a lot and go to the gym and do elliptical and weights. Since I got the membership to the gym I've gone a lot! Feels great.

Well, I was walking 4 miles almost 5 days a week, but now my daughter has been out of school for almost a week. So, I've been lazy!

But I did order a pregnancy Yoga DVD, and it just arrived today. So, here's hoping I find the energy to use it on Monday and that my round ligament issues in my groin won't scream at me.

Besides just walking to get DD from school, I have a few prenatal yoga and Pilates DVDs that I ordered. I just got my energy back to start using them. So far so good!

2007- 3 Miscarriages -all reasons unknown
07/11- miscarriage #4-
12/11- first cycle to try IUI w/BFP
03/12- miscarraige #5 at 12weeks
12/12- miscarriage #6 at 8 weeks

I try to go to the gym twice a week where I use the elliptical for 20 minutes and then do weights. I do my best to walk around or clean or do some kind of activity on most days. I have a desk job, so it's hard. I know I definitely need to try and be a bit more active.

I exercise every day. Now, I don't run or am a fanatic like that, I simply either walk or do my prenatal yoga. It truly makes me feel good. I also swear that it makes my labors faster, so that's motivation enough for me to do it this time around, too!
