They say you cannot spoil a newborn. Well then I have done the impossible. Anywhere but in my arms = screaming. Cuddled in my arms = sleep and smiles. So much for the perfect nursery.

I'm in the same boat. She will not nap unless I am holding her. If I put her down even if she's dead asleep she'll wake up crying within 5 minutes.

if we lay her down flat Emerson will wake up, put her in bouncy chair or carseat and shes good to nap for three hours

Gray does the same thing. Our bouncer, swing and playpen are proving to be a giant waste of money.

Yup. Same here. Sometimes the bouncy works for a bit, but not as much as holding here. I was trying to save the Moby for after my help had left, but looks like I'll start babywearing soon.
