I have thick thick hair but its now falling out in clumps all day long. I don't think my hair growth will keep up if it continues lol. Did anyone actually have thinning or bald spots with a previous baby??

Did you continue to take your penatals after birth?

The doctor told me to make sure that I keep taking them and gummy calcium chewables until BF was over to avoid that from happening.

Yes I'm still taking them. I plan on taking them until I'm finished breastfeeding any future children as well. I know losing your hair is normal and a few other ladies are going through it but this is just beyond funny now. It's clumps all day every day.

I know last pregnancy I lost it literally by the handful from probably 2 months to 5 months postpartum. I have super thick hair, and it was really thinned out by the time the shedding was over (very thin for me, though it sort of just looked normal). I didn't have any spots that looked bald or anything, but when the new growth started...ugh. You could definitely tell how much hair I'd lost. It took a while for it to all blend in again. I'm losing it like crazy this time, too...we'll see where I end up.

Yep. I lost super huge amounts of hair with both my older 2. It hasn't started happening yet this time. It seems to be about 5 months for me when it starts. I lost A LOT and like Thai said when it started growing in you could really tell just how much I had lost. Ugh. It did grow back though and you would never know it now
