Jackson barley naps anymore. He will nap for 10 minutes and wake up. He sleeps decent at night.

Also he snacks a lot to. Wish we could get a bit of a schedule.

Right there with ya today. That's all the boys have done today and I can't get them to at the same time either so all day someone is either attached or I'm rocking them to sleep.

Henry has days like that too. Yesterday was one of them. I would get him totally asleep, put him in the bouncy seat or swing (that he usually likes), and he would immediately wake up and cry. His usual 2 hour nap on my chest ended up being a few 5 minute naps with crying in between. It could coincide with a growth spurt. But there is also a period of time when babies fussiness peaks and we are about there. The first few months are all about figuring things out, and then nap and sleep schedules start to work themselves out.
