How is everyone doing this week?

Any topics you want help with?

I am doing pretty good. I got all 4 runs done last week. My thyroid med was adjusted on Wednesday, so I have been dropping water weight.

I wish I could turn off the insatiable appetite when nursing. I want to eat non stop

I took a step toward my goal: I didn't buy any junk at the grocery store this week! I walked right past the ice cream and the cookies, and I bought some fruit for me to snack on during the day, since I too have that insatiable appetite that accompanies nursing.

I need workouts I can do with the baby though. My mom suggested leg lifts with him on my legs, and then sitting him on me with my legs bent and doing crunches. Anyone else have any suggestions? I want to workout, but I have a baby who won't really let me put him down. Once it decide to not rain EVERYDAY we're going to go for walks.

ive been doing pretty good. definitely getting back on the wagon this week , my moms wedding is less than 6 weeks away now! its definitely tough to fit workouts in though with two little ones and im by myself most of the time. so my eating has been pretty good but not working out as much as id like.

Eating is sort of back on track, though not counting points yet. But exercise is PPBBBTTTT It sucks trying to find a new zumba instructor, or classes or anything! I think I'll check out meetup.com today and see if I can find some group classes on there!

Stephanie - how about walking while wearing him or have DH take him for 30 min so you can get a work out done.

There are a lot of at home DVD's for mommy and me - google it and see if something strikes your fancy.

Bumping this up since its about Monday again

I am doing alright... I have been following a basically vegan diet. Although I do eat chicken with Alex 1-2 times a week so we can actually eat together sometimes. Its a bummer to eat alone

My energy is sucking HORRIBLY. I am thinking of trying to do GF for the next 2-3 weeks and see if that helps anything. I have spent the evening chopping fruits and veggies and preparing my salads for the week.

Sigh. I am now 4lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight and I seem to have plateaued. My goal is to lose about 15lbs more. I need to start exercise, my energy is just terrible. Here's to hoping the GF works to give me a bit more energy so I can start some mild exercise. I'm considering Yoga or Pilates. Perhaps swimming...

I'm doing great! I burned 495 calories walking the zoo with the family while wearing Payson. And I am on week 2 day 3 of the c25k! I'm really proud of myself! I have lost 4lbs so far but most important is, I feel better!

I started running again last week instead of just walking. I'm doing it in intervals, but I felt good last week. Tomorrow I will run a little longer. It also helps that it's not 80 degrees and 90% humidity anymore

I've been doing well, too. I ran 22 miles last week (in 4 workouts) and my average pace is a lot better than it was before I got pg. My weight has been the same the last month, but my measurements have gone down so I must be doing something right.

I have 24 miles and a soccer game on my schedule this week. My weight is down to 140. I still have 10 lbs to PP weight but only 5 until I am happy.
