I went to the grocery store with plans for a week of dinners and spent less than I expected to, even with my random pregnancy additions (Because I totally NEEDED the pumpkin and cheesecake cookies by Pepperidge Farms. )

Here's our Menu:

Tuesday: Barbecue sandwiches with sweet slaw and sweet potato waffle fries

Wednesday: Philly cheese steak sloppy joes with salad and chips.

Thursday: Slow cooker Chicken served over rice with cranberry sauce & mixed veggies

Friday: Summer veggie and chicken baked ziti with salad and garlic bread

Saturday: Leftovers or dinner on your own

Sunday: Brie, apple and cranberry stuffed chicken breasts, cinnamon and vanilla sweet potatoes and sweet corn

Monday: Quinoa, corn and black bean tacos.

Tuesday: Man-Pleasing Chicken | Witty in the City
Wife to sweet husband Jeff and mother to 2 beautiful girls: Emily (2) and Jocelyn (1).

Since Greyson is sick...he is eating soup and crackers and I am eating random things later at night.. Last night it was a home made loaded baked potato with bacon, cheese, butter, and sour cream. Tonight it was 5 minute tomato sauce with buttered noodles covered in cheese. Tomorrow...who knows!

Going grocery shopping tomorrow. I know stuffed peppers at some point, but not sure when.

Yum! Love the little pregnancy additions, too

I've no idea what we're going to eat. I know tomorrow (Wed) it'll be spaghetti, salad and bread with olive oil dip. It's DS's 3rd birthday and this was his request. Of course, cake and ice cream to follow

The week is anyone's guess! Probably some tacos one day, maybe pork chops... I wait to figure it out based on what mood I'm in and what we have.

Hat's off to Vicki for my cute siggy, thank you!

I just wanted to say I admire your ability to plan an entire week's menu ahead of time. The most I can do is a couple days and even then I don't always stick to it.

I made Navy beens with smoked turkey and kale yesterday and we will be having leftovers most likely tonight. No clue about the rest of the week.

Can I come to your house for dinner?! I am impressed. I can barely plan two or three meals in a row. This week we've had tacos, subs last night, and tonight I just made Kraft mac n cheese. I work tomorrow night, so DH and I will fend for ourselves, and I don't know about Friday. I'll most likely have to cook since we're going away this weekend and will be eating out. Maybe I'll do fajitas on Friday. Tomorrow I'm hoping to make it to the grocery store, and I've had a craving for vanilla or funfetti cupcakes, so I'll probably make those and bring the majority of them into work.

I think you are too kind. Kind people give the people around them a hard time. You can't express yourself honestly, because you are worried about hurting other people's feelings, and that makes you miserable.~"Winter Sonata"
