So I had a dr appt today and I'm measuring 30 weeks. I've got to have an ultrasound in 3 weeks to check things out. Also to check out the placenta. I also gained 11lbs. I'm up 27lbs so far. I've gotta slow down on the meals. Everything else is ok. Not really sure what the measuring ahead thing means, she said either the baby is big or I've got too much fluid.

I've been having pain in the side of my stomach. I guess it RLP. Haven't had it much in the past few months but sheesh it's been terrible today. Woke up with it. Any way to deal with that?

Try a maternity support belt. Those usually help any RLP.

Dont worry about measuring big

I agree with the support belt.

Also, measuring can change based on the position of the baby too.

I'm right there with you, I've gained about 25 lbs total! I think I need to get a support belt too, I had a lot of pain today but it was higher up on the left side of my belly.

Gonna look into the maternity belt. The baby hangs out pretty low. Maybe that'll push her up some as well!!

I'm surprised they are "concerned" about your growth. Anything within 3cm either way is considered WNL, and you're 27w..so 30cm isnt out of that 6cm gap. I wouldn't fret too much. Baby's position can cause an inaccurate measurement, especially if baby is super stretched out.

As they said, the measurements can var based on the way you carry and how the baby is positioned. Did you measure ahead at your anatomy U/S?
