They are not joking when they say each kid you keep 5 pounds. Before my first i was 128-130. After, I ran 133-136. I had to exercise 3 times a week AND seriously diet to stay at 128-130. Just not worth it! So I kept the extra 5.

After my first, I never got back to pre-preg weight because I got pregnant again before that could happen. After my second, I lost all but the last 10lbs within a month or two, but that 10lbs stuck around til 6 months PP...and then the weight just started falling off like crazy (with zero effort), and I was way BELOW pre-preg weight Started the summer in a size 10, ended in 4! I'm hoping with two babies, and breastfeeding them both, I'll lose a little quicker.

I was at or below my prepregnancy weight leaving the hospital with all my kids. I am 20 lbs below my prepregnancy weight right now which is awesome because I was losing weight prior to this pregnancy but hit a plateau and this pregnancy helped me start losing weight again.

My oldest is ten I gained 75 lbs with him and maybe lost 30 of it. So that extra weight is still on. The other pregnancies were much better and I lost *most* of the baby weight within a month. My last pregnancy I only gained 10 lbs total so I can home lighter than my pre pregnancy weight. Not happening this time lol

I also gained a ton of weight with ds from swelling and retaining fluids; I want to say close to 60lbs. After 2-3 weeks I lost about 25lbs! I would say the first 10-15lbs (that wasn't water weight) came off pretty quickly; the last ten took me a while. I joined crossfit and we did the Lurong Challenge last year around this time and I was pretty trim, definitely pre-baby minus another 5-10lbs. Then my mom got sick and I traveled to Wisco--between the back and forth from the hospital every day and everything else I got lazy (or stressed maybe is a better word), stopped working out, stopped eating right etc. Then I got pregnant, lol. I got really lazy then
