We went for our second NST today and babies were not reactive. I had had a donut and chocolate milk for breakfast and they even gave me water and apple juice, but the babies would not cooperate. So I had to go for a BPP and they both scored 8/8. They looked good and both were practicing fetal breathing. I hope they're more cooperative when I go back on Thursday! I've only been twice and this is already annoying!

Oh how fun are NSTs! Especially when they are scheduled for babies sleepy time. I am anticipating this tomorrow...and Friday...then again next week.

GOOD LUCK at the next one!

I go for my third one tomorrow. When my babies are sleeping they put this thingy on my belly that vibrates and told me the babies can feel it and hear it and it's like an alarm clock. Did they try that on you?

The buzzer!!! They buzzed Flynn once. The poor kid...had he been outside he would have peed his pants.

I was told that an electric razor will work the same.

Oh boy...yea...hoping NSTs start going smoother for all of us! One non-reactive baby is what started my whole getting sent to the hospital last week I go again tomorrow for NST and appointment and pray it goes better this time...

So they have you going twice a week? I only go once..

They did not try the buzzer, just the water and juice. They have me scheduled to go twice a week until the very end. They had a problem finding baby girl's heartbeat on Friday and she moves a lot so it comes and goes, but both were unresponsive this morning. They're usually active in the late morning (after 11) and in the evening. My appointments are a mix of 9:00, 10:40 and 3:00 so we'll see how they go. I have another 9:00 Thursday so maybe I'll try getting up earlier to eat, and maybe I'll even get a coffee or something!
