Since we talked about oreos..anyone have any guilty food?

Mine are milk and these chips ahoy soft ooeyy-gooey fudge cookies. They are going to single-handedly make me gain 20 lbs. I think I ate 90% of the box in 3 days...
And I think milk irritates my skin but I keep drinking it because it's delicious and it goes good with cookies.
Excuse me if my typing is bad There's probably a baby in my arms.

I made mac and cheese yesterday. REAL mac and cheese. The kind where you melt an insane amount of butter, add some flour, some heavy cream, 8 oz of cheese, and then a bunch of gluten filled noodles are stirred in. Oh, gosh it was sooooooo good! And I felt so guilty for eating it. For feeding it to my innocent children. Winter had seconds.

Today we should have fruit, veggies, and water. Tomorrow we should, too. Just to try and even things out.

I would have to say my loaded fried potatoes. So full of carbs and fat, but OMG they are so good. I made them last night with baby back ribs...yummmmmmyy.

I don't feel guilty about any of it.

This is perfect!! Lol

I don't feel guilty until the next morning when i step on the scale and realize I am going in the opposite direction I would like to be going haha!

My guilty pleasure is Kraft macaroni and cheese - specifically the shaped kind. I mean, the regular kind is good too, but I will demolish a box of shapes. Yum.

Mine are double stuff oreos and these chocolate chip dipped cookie dough balls I've been making. I'm dairy free, so there's so much I can't have I am just eating these like crazy!

I also don't feel guilty about any food as long as i am truly hungry while eating it and stop when I am full. (Aka not binge eating).

Right now I am into coconut shrimp but still losing weight as long as I follow the rules above.
