Trey turns 1 tomorrow and we had his party yesterday. I was hoping he would smash into his cake since he likes smashing hot dogs, crackers, etc but NOPE. This is my 2nd child who won't touch the cake and when I put his hand in it, he started crying. Anyone else's baby won't smash the cake? I see all these babies smashing their cakes and doing photo shoots and both my boys refuse to do it.

Awe sorry, mama! i'm sure Isabel will smash hers. My problem is finding a cake I feel okay with her eating. Trying to find someone who will make us something free of milk, sugar, and gluten. I can find recipes online but I don't have baking supplies and that would make this a REALLY expensive cake. Plus I'm worried I'll mess it up.
Thank you Jaidynsmum for the beautiful siggy!

The girls wouldn't touch theirs till I pushed their hands into it. I hope Zack goes to town on it but I still have a couple weeks before we find out.

Arthur smashed his cake to pieces. We had to carry him to the tub with fistfuls of cake, because he didn't want to let it go.

Thank you *Kiliki* for the beautiful siggy

We played somewhat safe and just gave Morgan a cupcake but she smashed it as much as she could. I rinsed her off in the kitchen sink because I didn't want all of the cake ending up in the tub.
