I was scheduled for a c-section on March 3, so on March 2 I went in for my pre-op visit and hospital admission. During the ultrasound we found out that I had basically NO fluid left, and since I wasn't dilated at all I was placed on strict bed rest and constant monitoring in the hospital. My surgery was the first on the 3rd, but I had all night to think of the what-ifs. Thank goodness he didn't have any issues from it.

During the c-section I realized that things were a bit more rough and uncomfortable than the first time around. There were times I couldn't breathe due to the pressure! Bryson was stuck and needed vacuumed out. How crazy is that? He had a tiny bruise on his forehead but was fine.

7 pounds 10 ounces, 20 inches. I had some complications due to free bleeding and gas not moving the way it should, so I had to stay an extra day which was just fine with DH since we had a snow storm. The hardest part of it all was going a few days without seeing my 11 month old. It took a week to be able to hold him, and he loves his "Itty bitty" brother.

Sorry for the short, late update with no pictures. I've not had time to get on my laptop, and am having to cut it short now! There are no pictures on here. I'll share plenty whenever we do the facebook thing

Wow, I didn't know a baby could be stuck for a c-section! Learn something new every day. Sorry for how long you had to wait to see your big guy. It was hard for me to not be able to see mine while I was in the hospital either (we had a flu ban). But welcome Baby Bryson and can't wait to see pics when our group moves over
