Single Crochet (sc)
The single crochet stitch is the shortest of the basic stitches. It makes a firm flat fabric.
Insert hook in 2nd chain from hook. Catch Yarn, A, and draw a loop through the loop.(2 loops on hook), Yarn over hook and pull through both loops on hook to complete stitch. Work a single in each chain across row. After last stitch chain 1, turn and begin 2nd row.
