No, my kids have different allergies. My kids tend to be allergic to whatever I eat a lot of during pregnancy. With ds #1, I ate a ton of eggs, dairy, pea soup, & poultry-he is allergic to all of them.

With ds#2, I ate carnation instant breakfast every day (dairy & corn syrup solids) and had a really bad addiction to eggo waffles with corn syrup-he is allergic to *surprise, surprise* corn & dairy. Since I'm bfing, that means that I can't eat anything with corn or dairy & we all know that that's pretty much the entire American diet-lol.

We have a lot of the same sensitivites. Eggs, milk, wheat and a few others. I have more than he does, and he has one that I don't have.

Jewelry for yourself, or for a friend. Breastfeeding aides, beautiful bracelets, earings and more.

I am still pregnant, and I don't have any other children. But I just wanted to add to what an above poster said about food habits during pregnancy related to the child's allergy. My mother told me how she craved (and ate) seafood, especially shellfish ALL THE TIME!!! And suprise! Guess what I'm allergic to! I have life threatening shellfish allergies and pretty bad seafood allergies as well. I have always figured there was a link between my allergies and my mothers eating habits, so I have been trying to not eat too much of any certain food during my pregnancy. Boy is that hard!

i am allergic to a LOT of things - too many to list (lol - or remember - i was allergic to basically everything on the scratch test) peanuts being one - and that is what damen is allergic to.
as far as non foods - i have bad seasonal allergies - so does damen, and i am also allergic to cats.......as is damen. so it seems like he is kind of following my allergy pattern

funny thing is i took 2 allergy shots a weeks when i was PG to maybe curb the chance that he would have my allergies......guess it didnt work!

We have some of the same allergies (milk, cats, certain seasonal allergies) but for the most part, I havent got a clue where theirs came from.
