Its Food Allergy Awareness Week.. how do spread the word about food allergies?

~telling all your family/friends 45 thousand times

~Tatoo it to your child

~Business card versions of the "He has food allergies so he can't" speech?

(I mean for this to be fun,and serious at the same time. Throw some funny ones out, but if you have serious input that's just fine too )

I actually did make up a business card for Luc. It lists his food allergies, his pediatrician info and allergist info. It came in so handy on our recent trip. When the waiters or chefs asked, we just whipped out the card. It was so much easier than listing the 8 things he's allergic too. And there was no writing or remembering for them involved.

I also looked into allergy shirts for Luc. Cafepress has some neat shirts, but I don't think anyone would pay attention.

Okay, that was serious. So for my fun part - food allergy bumper stickers for the car?

I talk to a lot of people about it and discuss the symptoms that led us to a diagnosis.
