So, I am slowly coming to terms that my relationship with the lake across the street will be ending soon due to cooler weather and bikinis not matching well. In that light; I'm turning to the one of the positive aspects of fall-the FOOD! Post your favorite fall recipes; and allergy free adaptations, if you have it. Do you have a food you always make in the fall?

Here's mine:
I will have to come back for the recipe, but I always make a huge batch of homemade vegetable soup, and homemade brunswick stew; and freeze several portions. Depending on what veggies I put in the soup, it is allergy-free, and the brunswick stew is good as long as I use the right bbq; my mom has a recipe she's made before that's ok, I need to go find it soon! I won't make it until we have a good cool snap that makes me wear long sleeves though.

I am on a hunt for new recipes. I got to get some foods that are quicker to make.

Freezables!! That is my best friend! I spend some time during the weekend cooking, and I always try to make enough to either freeze several portions, or even just enough for one meal.
