The good news is that most gluten free recipes will work well with rice milk. Most gluten free foods are also usually top-8 free (the 8 most common food allergens including soy and milk)! That makes things easier. I can 100% feel what you are going through though. Danny was suspected of having Celiac's when he was about 2. He was allready confirmed allergic to Eggs, milk, soy, tomatoes, and carrots. He also had to avoid all fruits but apples and bananas due to severe chronic diarrhea. It is really frustrating until you find those "go-to" foods that you can usually get. Bob's Red Mill mixes are awesome and work well with rice milk. We have also used Pure Decadent products which I think you can order online. They are all coconut milk based "dairy" products. Yogurt, puddings (I think), milk, and ice cream products. They were a lifesaver at birthday parties. I have seen a few gluten free products in various places at walmart and walmart brand is really good about marking gluten free if it is gluten free. If it doesn't say it than it is manufactured in a facility that handles gluten containing products.

I don't know how long you have been dealing with this allready but I hope something in there helps.

My thoughts exactly..it's so hard to get started, but once you have your routine of what to buy it isn't so bad.
