Hi! I'm new to JM and am just getting aquainted with the various boards offered. We deal with several food allergies in our household.

DS(20) - Yeast; Food dyes
DD(14) - Shellfish
DS(11) - Dairy sensitivity; possibly Gluten-intolerant (we're about to go through the initial elimination diet with him to see if it is a real possibility)
DD(9) - Dairy - she has "outgrown" several allergies but I'm still wary about that
Me - Gluten

Everyone else seems to be okay

We deal with multiple food allergies too. DS seems to be 'allergic' or senstive at least to: dairy, soy, legumes, egg, pork, tomatoes, corn, wheat... I know there are more, but I can't think of them... I would know them if I read a label, lol! He's still BF so I eat mostly just rice and turkey, but something in my diet he is still allergic too...

My son has a list of food sensitivities, chemical/preservative sensitivities and allergies. We did the ALCAT test. It's nice to be able to know his sensitivities and remove them from his diet. He is so much happier now and healthy.
