Are there any changes that need to be made when charting after giving birth? I would think that temping would be out of the question because of getting up at night to breastfeed. When should I start charting again?

You can start tracking CM. We're BFing and charting temps and CM. I'm also using OPKs cause I just don't know how reliable my temps are with BFing and working night shift. :/ CM is your best indicator for fertility anyway, temps just confirm O has happened.

I started charting CM and VS as soon as the lochia was done, but I don't plan on starting to temp again until I'm cycling.

I started temping and charting CM 3 months PP when I felt like something could be changing, that's when I first learned. I am still BFing my 15 month and my temps actually didn't change much with the night wakings.

I started lazily once my bleed stopped. It is a different world while breastfeeding I hear, but since I've only ever charted breastfeeding, I wouldn't know!
